PLEASE READ the information packet! This document includes information about all camps, youth events, and discipleship times for youth in 2019. Important information such as dates, age requirements for events, costs, and more are all included in this packet.

Register for events on Realm. Our church utilizes the Realm Connect App for all announcements and communication within in the app (previously the Remind app). Once you and your family make a profile on our private Sale Street site, you can set your phone and email to receive notifications from Realm about youth events, register and PAY for events online. We will no longer be communicating via Remind in 2019, so please be sure to sign up and install Realm Connect.

Students MUST have a signed and notarized Sale Street Medical Release in addition to the signed and notarized release for each specific event or camp. Please download the releases from the list below. Once forms are complete, please return them to the church office. Students CANNOT go to camps or events without these releases.

MIDDLE SCHOOL RETREAT (No notary necessary, however notarized SSBC medical is required. See below)
HIGH SCHOOL RETREAT (No notary necessary, however notarized SSBC medical is required. See below)

None of our camps or events would run as effectively or smoothly without the help of our amazing parent volunteers. If you are interested in helping in any way, whether that be hosting Bible study in your home, chaperoning at camp, or driving students during events, teaching Sunday school, etc. then please fill out short form below.

At SSBC, we never want a lack of funds to keep you from attending an event. Please complete the following application, as this helps us determine your needs. Typically, we can provide some form of scholarship for the event. Unfortunately, we are limited in the amount of scholarships we are able to offer. All information is confidential and we will make every effort to help you.
