You may notice we have had a small window with no construction crews here. This is because Phase 1 is almost completed and the Long Range Planning Team is currently working through the financing for Phase 2, which will include the new entry way and Fellowship Hall, among other improvements.

Please pray for our Long Range Planning Team as they make these decisions and for the construction crews themselves. We appreciate all the support that has been given and pray that it will continue as we complete this great endeavor.

Summer has officially begun, and our children’s and youth departments will be very busy in the next couple of months. There are two youth camps (in addition to the one they just had), Vacation Bible School, and the GA camp in the months of June and July. Pray for Carrie Moreau and Kent Shepherd as they work with our kids this summer!

Another school year finished out, and Sale Street had a number of successful graduates, both from high school and college. We had 11 high school students graduate from 3 area schools, and five college graduates from McNeese State University. Pray for these young people as they begin the next phase in their lives!

Wacky Wednesday began for Kidzville on May 25th . This is our summer discipleship program for pre-K through 5 th grade. Each Wednesday will feature a different dress-up theme, from super heroes to wacky shoes. Our kids are sure to have a great time this summer as they learn more about Jesus!
